I am Gerald McCauley
of McCauley Team Real Estate.
I am happily married
to the other half of the McCauley team. We have been
married for thirty four years, have three
daughters and five grandchildren.
My hobby is camping
with my wife to get away and relax or taking our
grandchildren with us, which is not al all relaxing but
is very enjoyable because of my love for them.
I worked thirty four
years at Kentucky-American Water before changing careers
and becoming a realtor.
I currently hold a
Class IV Water Treatment Plant Operator license in
Kentucky, I am a licensed Master Electrician in
Kentucky, have a commercial driver license in Kentucky,
but most important to you, I am a licensed Real Estate
Agent in Kentucky.
I have served at
Southland Christian Church as a deacon since 1989. My
involvement includes Chairman of the Vehicle Committee,
eight years in Youth ministry, chairman of the Church
Planting Team for four years and Helping Through Him as
a coach for service projects.
My other area of
service has been in five short term mission trips to
Kingston, Jamaica. I plan another trip after
Christmas this year. I also have served on three mission
trips to Pachuca, Mexico.
I am currently serving
on the Mission Leadership Team and am leading the
Mission Ministry Team for Central and South America.
In the past, our clients
have received an average of 98.7% of the asking price for
their homes.

Hello,
My name is Judy
McCauley and I am the daughter of a builder from
Louisville, Kentucky.
I have fond memories
of watching my father draw his own house plans, the
process of constructing a home, and then seeing the
finished product. It is through the process of home
construction and the marketing of these homes that I
have the love for construction and marketing of real
estate.
I enjoy looking at
different homes that are in different stages of
construction as well as finished homes. My other hobbies
are cross-stitching baby blankets for my grandchildren
and camping with my husband to relax. I also like to
camp with our grandchildren.
I have had the
privilege of serving on five mission trips to Kingston,
Jamaica. I plan to return to Kingston on another trip in
December 2005, if it is God's will.
I have been happily
married to the other half of the McCauley Team for 34
years. We have three daughters and our family has grown
to include three son-in-laws and five wonderful
grandchildren.
I am a Licensed
Practical Nurse and have practiced nursing for the past
32 years.
Last year I chose real
estate as a second career and have found it to be very
enjoyable. I like looking at different houses and the
different designs available today. I enjoy working with
people to find the house that meets their needs and
marketing their present home.
