My fiance and I recently brought our fist house with Gerald and Judy McCauley as our realtor. It was a great time to buy with the low rates and the $8,000 tax credit. We had searched without success for over six months by ourselves before we contacted the McCauleys. Several years ago they were recommended to my mother to help sell my grandparent's long time home. she was very pleased with the guidance and support Gerald showed her during this emotional time and recommend we contact him. I was really scared as this was a very big step for us; but I knew he would that care of us just like he did my mother. After two weeks we found the one! The house was just placed in the market that morning. They got us in to see it within hours...an offer that night and the house was ours! Everything went extremely smooth after that .Gerald took care of everything. If we had questions he was available to answer them immediately. They advised us in negotiations and ensured that all remained on tract right up to closing. I strongly recommend the McCauleys to anyone wanting to buy or sell a home. They made this huge step very stress-free. Everything worked out perfectly and we are extremely happy. We feel we could not have gotten our dream house if it wasn't for them.
