I am Gerald McCauley and I am an Accredited Buyer Representative. I hope to serve you in the search for your new home. I would represent only you as a buyer and research shows that buyers using a buyer’s representative found their home faster and viewed more homes.

As a buyer’s representative I will:

• Assist you in viewing properties – accompany you to showings – or preview properties to insure they meet the identified specifications.
  
• Research the selected properties to help you make an informed decision prior to making an offer to purchase the property.
  
• Advise you on structuring an appropriate offer to purchase the selected property.
  
• Present the offer to the seller’s agent and to the seller on your behalf.
  
• Negotiate on your behalf to help obtain the identified property – keeping your best interest in mind.
  
• Assist you in the inspection process for the selected property.
  
• Assist you in securing financing for the selected property.
  
• Most importantly, fully-represent you throughout your real estate transaction.
