McCauley Team Real Estate is a husband and wife team who chose real estate as a second career in 2004. Gerald retired from American Water Company after 34 years of service. Judy has been a Licensed Practical Nurse since 1972 and still works at Cardinal Hill Rehabilitation Hospital. Judy was raised by a family of realtors and builders. Judy has always been interested in home building, remodeling, and the sale of real estate. Gerald has achieved The Accredited Buyers Representative and The Graduate Realtor Institute Designations to enable him to better serve their clients. The main source of McCauley Team Real Estate’s business has been through referrals as a result of their real estate knowledge and excellent service. This includes first time home buyers, clients selling to buy a new or a larger home, and several estate sales. The McCauley’s are members of Southland Christian Church and have served in several areas of ministry. Gerald is also a member of The Nicholasville Chamber of Commerce. The McCauley Team serve their clients with a giving philosophy, making their clients #1 goal their #1 goal, living up to their high standards, willing to work for the common good, and doing what they say they will do, sometimes more, just never less!
